PullTracker is an inventory tool for sports trading card collectors and sellers. This page explains what it keeps about you and why.
What we keep
- Your account: your email address, your name, and a protected (hashed) password if you set one. If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account id, email address and name. Nothing else is requested from Google.
- Your collection: the cards, prices, notes and photos you add.
- eBay, if you connect it: your orders and active listings (item numbers, titles, prices, dates and quantities) so they can be matched to your cards. Buyer names and addresses are not stored. Your eBay sign-in is kept encrypted and you can disconnect at any time in Settings.
- Sign-in and security: a sign-in cookie, plus when and from which network address you signed in, to keep your account safe.
How it is used
Only to run PullTracker for you: show and organize your collection, match eBay sales and listings, and read card details from photos when you ask it to. When you use image reading, the card photos are sent to Anthropic's AI service to read the card; they are not used for anything else. Your data is never sold and is not used for advertising.
Where it is stored
On PullTracker's server and in Amazon Web Services storage in the United States, with nightly backups. Each account's collection is kept separate; other users cannot see it.
Cookies
One cookie keeps you signed in. A few display preferences (such as table layout) are saved in your own browser. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
Your choices
In Settings you can download everything in your account (Download my data), delete cards, disconnect eBay, and delete your account, which removes your cards, photos, eBay data, notes and settings for good. Backups made before then are replaced within 30 days.
Changes
